A stressful experience due to being moved unexpectedly and receiving less than I originally booked
Liked: The replacement accommodation itself was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: When I arrived, I was told that there was no room available at the accommodation I had originally booked. Only after insisting did they arrange this alternative place for me. The replacement accommodation did not include breakfast, although it was part of my original booking. I also had serious difficulty opening the entrance door and had to take the lock mechanism apart before I could get out. Overall, the situation was stressful and unacceptable.
Would not stay here again. Disappointed
Disliked: Location. Hotel difficult to find. No proper reception and no one in the hotel on arrival. Hotel was unable to produce a receipt on payment.
