Liked: I give this location a 10 exactly on the heart of the old town amazing and price was good

Disliked: Room is very dark ….not good lighting and small I booked a room with a balcony but there wasn’t an actual balcony it was just a window and then we had to leave our room into a main foyer where the balcony was. They give you a voucher for breakfast which is a cafe down the street The room is a little dingy could use a refresh

Disliked: Our plans changed and one member of our party was arriving a day early. We made a second booking for the additional night and made multiple frustrating attempts across booking.com and WhatsApp to contact the accommodation providers to ask that we could hold one room for the two nights. The sporadic replies we received appeared to come from bots, and we could not get an answer to our question. In the event, the member of our party who arrived early checked out and checked back into the same room later in the day. Unnecessary inconvenience.
