Very good
Liked: The room was clean but the windows looked inwards. The breakfast was good but too much sugar for us. The bathroom was well fitted out. The lift never kept us waiting.
Disliked: A bit too far from the old town, about a 20-25 minute walk.
Liked: Good location, easy to park with underground car park and friendly staff.
Beautiful leece
Liked: Perfect stay in lecce 🫶 from arrival the staff were amazing & exceptional... providing us with all the help we needed... City maps.. car hire.. places to visit... transfers & much more. The rooms were Perfect ( shout out to the wonderful ladies who did our rooms everyday ) as was breakfast.
Disliked: If there was more sockets & mirror in the room
Good value for money
Liked: Room size and cleanliness. Quite location to visit the city. Not too close to crowded center but close enough for a 20 min walk.
Disliked: With car, parking can be a bit challenging.
Liked: Ambience modern and elegant with art installations in common areas. Breakfast very nice and varied. Staff extremely kind and helpful.
Terrible
Liked: I already left a review on Google, but I want to add a few more details. The only truly good thing about this hotel was the female receptionist — she was excellent.
Disliked: On the other hand, the guy working at the bar seemed completely uninterested. He behaved as if we were visiting him at his home, not as guests in a hotel. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00. On the first day we went at 09:00 — the coffee was empty. When I asked for a refill, his facial expression said everything. Then I went for eggs, which were also empty. When I asked for eggs, he first had to check if they were really finished, and then he made just one portion, as if it never crossed his mind that other guests might also want eggs for breakfast he for sure had enough time to watch videos on his phone unfortunately loud to again bother us.On the second day we went at 08:00. Again, the eggs were empty, but at least I got coffee without having to ask. I know it’s not an expensive hotel, but providing coffee and eggs is the absolute minimum. And please, dear EOS Hotel, check when the coffee cups were last washed — it’s really not acceptable Also, you cannot offer “salad choices” and only have tomatoes.
