Fabulous
Liked: The staff was very good. Alexandra took care of us very carefully. Good food.

Its a place to stay in the heat
Liked: The hotel is built for the heat. But in October the rooms are dark and there is little space. The staff are lovely. Absolutely friendly and hard working/
Disliked: The rooms are dark. There is no swimming pool as such. The spa is basic and the gym is non existent. The location is 2 miles out of town and the taxis are very expensive. The food in the restaurant is poor. Frozen stuff reheated.
Liked: 1. The stuff was very open to our requests and friendly. 2. We recieved an upgraded room.
Disliked: 1. The room was not lighted enough.
Liked: A charming and unique hotel with a large, beautiful room and a lovely spa. Especially good service from Mohamed, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel very welcome
Just a wonderful place to stay to escape the hustle and bustle of Lecce

Liked: Amazing place with amazing facilities with nice goods and staff. Very helpful and friendly allowing us to arrive early and we will definitely come back.

Rates include use of the thalasso outdoor and indoor pool with hydromassage. Sauna and Turkish bath are not included in room rate, but it is on charge. Duration of this service is 25 minutes and need to be booked in advance.
The shuttle to the airports and beaches is available on request and at an additional cost.
