Exceptional
Liked: Apple street parking. Room big enough for a family of 4. Fresh towels and room cleaning everyday.
Disliked: Nothing but would suggest another bin in the room besides the one in the bathroom.
A bright sweet place with a great bakery nearby!
Liked: A very cute decoration, modern and clean. The self check-in was easy. I forgot to tell the owner that we needed two beds but he responded very quickly with linen for the second bed and even made it for me! A typical bakery, with a huge range of delicious things is a five-minute walk away as is a small supermarket. Lecce was an easy 20-minute walk and there were several restaurants and pizzeria nearby. When we checked out, there were several smiling ladies that were keen to find out if we had a good time, and we did!
Disliked: There was lots of sugar sachets, some tea but no coffee. However, coffee sachets may not be normal, this was my first night in Italy so I didn't know.
Liked: Location, big and comfortable room.
Liked: Lovely comfortable apartment with nice outside area. Breakfast was quite adequate in its own breakfast room. You could use the microwave at any time if you wanted. There is a supermarket and pastry shop within a 5 minute walk and parking is free outside the apartment block. There are bikes to use if you are brave enough to face the traffic in Italy!!
Disliked: You are a good 30 minute walk from the old city so we did take our car in. Parking is cheap enough in the old city. We sort of expected to stroll around the area in the evening and take in the town, but this apartment is in a pretty barren area. Just bleak apartments and garages and a very busy road. No restaurants nearby. Just don't expect a lovely area. The old city is lovely though.

Liked: cleanliness, functional decoration and tidiness, balcony, easy street parking, self check-in
Disliked: Poor breakfast. No cheese, ham, bread, or eggs. Only the owner spoke English, and we only saw him on check-in; the other staff only spoke Italian. The double bed we requested wasn't provided; only two overly soft single mattresses. The sheets and the bedsheets weren't the right size and kept coming off. The soundproofing in the rooms is inadequate, and you can hear everything in the hallways.
Liked: Clean, spacious, easy to get there with the car, nice garden
Disliked: There was a kettle in the room, but without coffee
