Fabulous 3 nights in the Tivoli in Leece
Liked: Loved it, great hotel, with amazing staff. The staff were the best feature of the hotel, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. A definite 5-star approach to making guests feel welcome. The breakfast choice was extensive and included a buffet and an additional menu for hot food e.g omlettes. There is a restaurant on site, but it was very quiet, and there is a bar on the roof that has a view over the city. The location is perfect for wandering the old town and is only 2 minutes from the Roman amphitheater and 10 minutes from churches and various squares. We were given complimentary tickets to their spa as well, free water, cakes, chocolates etc in the room. There is a lift to all floors, a luggage service and valet parking. I definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Not moans, just things to be aware of. Overall, we had a lovely time at the hotel. My room had no view, just a small window looking into an internal space, which meant we had the lights on all the time. It's fine for 3 nights, but if I had a longer stay or was in the hotel for more time during the day, I would request a room with a street view. The spa didn't open until mid-afternoon, which meant we would have had to come back to the hotel to use it, breaking the day up. So we never got to use our complimentary ticket. I would have preferred to use it in the morning after breakfast, but that is my personal choice; we did, however, take a peek, and it looked lovely. The rooftop bar was closed one evening for a private function:( Don't make the mistake of booking the option for 1 person in your room; the room price changes if you have 2 people, which wasn't overly clear and is an unusual way of booking. We had to pay a fairly high additional fee for my partner to stay in my room.

Liked: Elegant without being stuffy, gorgeous property just recently renovated, super comfortable room, unbelievably attentive and friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet with every imaginable choice.. decadent hinemo desserts

Stunning Hotel in Lecce
Liked: Incredible stunning hotel! The hotel is very beautiful building located in the centre of Lecce and the hotel has a very nice rooftop with a stunning view of Lecce city. Also, don’t missed out the swing pool which is stunning and the lady at the spa super friendly and taking good care of us. The service here I would say better than Aman! People here are super welcoming and professional. They are taking care of us like we are their family. Eleonora, she is super nice and help us a lot to have a great time in Lecce! I can’t imagine we would have a great time without her. Stefano, the bellboy, he is our true hero! He helps us with the bag and to guide us to the train station on time in very tight time. Giuseppe, the maître d'hôtel, he surprised us with the truly luxury service at breakfast and during the day. I can see this hotel more than that as we see Pierpaolo, the GM and the owner of the hotel always on the floor to make sure the guests have an amazing experience here at the hotel. I really wish to be back there and stay longer. They really make our vacation magical.
