  Absolutely disgusting, terrible. Had to leave earlier, unbearable conditions. Disgusting

  Disliked: Absolutely disgusting. Moldy wall with terrible, disgusting smell. Bedspread full of animal hair, towels are severly worn and damaged, also contained human hair. Red stain on the sheet. Malfunctioning AC, after being on for hours, still only 28 degree. Shower full of mould and limescale. No soundproofing at all, woke up atleast 10 times during our 1 night. We reserved for 5 nights, but decided to leave after 1 night. Wish we left before that, terrible.

  Disliked: Appena arrivati in struttura ci è stato chiesto di pagare subito la tassa di soggiorno in anticipo. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era fresca e nel frigobar non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua fredda. Le tende, inoltre, non erano sufficientemente oscuranti. Esperienza molto negativa nella gestione del cambio asciugamani. Al nostro arrivo nessuno ci ha informato che il cambio è previsto solo ogni 3 giorni. Quando abbiamo chiesto asciugamani puliti, ci è stato detto che si trattava di un servizio a pagamento e che dovevano prima consultare la direzione. Abbiamo fatto presente che la mancanza era loro, non avendoci informati all’arrivo, ma per avere una risposta è passata più di mezza giornata. Tornati in camera, gli asciugamani non c’erano ancora. Dopo un ulteriore sollecito, e solo dopo oltre mezz’ora, ci è arrivato un messaggio in cui ci veniva comunicato un costo di 15 euro. Tre solleciti per un servizio basilare: gestione lenta e poco trasparente.

  Some downsides to this hotel

  Liked: Our room was very good. However, 3 rooms in our group were cancelled prior to our arrival and they had to find other accommodations. It may have been a booking.com problem but we never found out whether it was booking or the hotel that screwed up. We may never know.

  Disliked: The mess with booking our friends in the group. Staff were not very helpful or friendly. The breakfast was not as advertised. We were given a coupon for a coffee and croissant at a near bye cafe. The croissant was very good but this is not what i consider a breakfast from an Italian hotel.

  Disliked: There is NO parking. There is NO breakfast. Nobody tells you that you cannot reach the place by car — you have to leave your car in a parking lot and walk about 10 minutes with your luggage. I spent more than 1 hour trying to find the place. I sent 3 messages asking for help and received absolutely no useful support, zero patience from the staff. One day they left only 2 breakfast vouchers when there should have been 3. When I asked for the missing voucher, the employee did not believe me, insisted she had left all 3, and said I must have lost it. In the end, I had to pay for my own breakfast. The bath towels and bed sheets were very old and worn out. They also did not replace the toilet paper in the room — we had to ask the other room for some. Extremely disappointing experience.

  Not a nice hotel

  Liked: The faciliteies and location are ok. But the rest is in very bad condition. The staff is not kind, the beds are in very bad condition the sheets do not fit the bed so you end up trying to make your bed in the middle of the night, the towels are absolutely damaged, with holes frayed and stained, the pillows are bumpy. Very bad maintanance and not nice using sheets, towels and pillows in such a bad condition. We asked for glasses and we were given just plastic one because they said they do not provide glasses, so you have to buy your own glasses to drink water.
