Exceptional
Liked: Great stay and exceptional service! The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we reported an issue with the air conditioning in our room, they handled it immediately by moving us to a new room. To our pleasant surprise, they upgraded us to a larger, beautiful room with a terrace! Another huge plus is the free port transfer offered by the hotel, which made our trip so much easier. We highly recommend this place!
Liked: Short stroll to the beach and restaurant. Great view from terrace.

Excellent would return
Liked: Very clean, modern and fresh looking. Rooms the same. Breakfast food was varied and good. Coffee was a little limited. Service was excellent and 24 hour reception. Easy walking to the beach cafe restaurant and shops. Good bus service to Lipari main town, runs frequently until midnight. View from our room was spectacular!
Disliked: Lacked a pool and the hotel has room for one which is a shame.
