Liked: Very good staff
Liked: We had a great stay and would rate it 10/10. The check-in process was very easy, and communication with the host was smooth and quick. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Livorno Centrale station. The place itself is charming—a large house with four rooms, creating a cozy and friendly atmosphere. Everything was clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. It’s important to note that the bathroom is shared among the rooms, so future guests should be aware of that. For us, staying just one night, it worked perfectly well. The price is fair for what is offered. We would definitely stay here again if needed.
A nice cheap value-for-money spot in a great location with very friendly staff
Liked: Good location, good basic amenities
Disliked: Separate toilet and shower would be nice. Doors could be maintained so they don’t scuff the floor.
Disliked: We were told there is no room available and had to look for another place at Midnight

Disliked: The woman does not speak English so well, but she is super friendly.
