Very good!
Liked: The owner is great and very kind. The apartment is super equipped and it is all almost new. The residence is great also with a private parking. The apartment is in a good location if you have a car.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I really appreciated a hassle-free parking behind a locked gate. Very clean apartment, kitchen was well equipped, very nice host, a cold bottle of water in the fridge was a nice plus. We spent in the apartment only one night before our ferry to Corsica and it was a good choice.

Liked: Great host, fast communication, amazing support. Very clean and well equipped. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!!
Very good quality for money!
Liked: The apartment is a typical Livorno-Tuscany apartment, where everything is there, everything is clean, everything is functioning (yet nothing is impressive). The hosts are very kind and able to wait for you even out of "working" hours (we arrived around 22h20 and they were happy to wait for us). The parking is secure.
Disliked: The ladies that were waiting for us only spoke Italian. This was not an issue, but it does take twice the time to communicate (although not much need to be said, everything was rather straightforward concerning the functioning of the house and the parking).

Disliked: There was no air conditioning. It’s located in a residential area with limited shopping or restaurant options.
