Good
Good location and big apartment but smell was not good
Liked: Location and size of the apartment was good
Disliked: Smell in the apartment was not good
Nice apartment in not so nice area
Liked: Good price / quality for a night stay in Livorno.
Disliked: I wouldn’t book this as a holiday destination. The neighborhood is quite shady and ambiguous. Fine if you stay in the apartment, which has all facilities you need. But we didn’t feel super safe outside.
Superb
Very good
Liked: Communication with host was perfect. She made great instructions how to enter the apartment. Location is very close to city center. We were only one night there so nothing more to say.
Excellent
Liked: Clear instructions, and amazing response from host if we had any questions.
Good positioning bad maintenance
Liked: Central location, private secure parking included, self check in, jacuzzi, coffe machine, helpful owner also allowed us to keep the car parked a bi
Disliked: Poor cleanliness, a very loud bar downstairs that closed later than 4 AM, no soundproof walls, high humidity which also gave a very bad smell inside, dirty bedsheets, 3rd adult had to sleep bunk bed which was very unconfortable, a window between bathroom and bedroom and if someone was using it with lights on would be disturbing in the bedroom, dirty bathroom, hard to find exact building door
