  Liked: We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. We believe it was because we paid at a lower price six months ago and the current price went up. They over booked and they decided to cancel ours so I they can offer our rooms at the current price. They should have honored our reservation on a first come first served basis.

  Livorno's stop

  Liked: The location is by the sea, but bit far from downtown. The restaurant at the hotel was closed during our stay. The room was really spacious The bath room had separat shower n bathtub.

  Liked: E' un hotel che era la residenza estiva dei Reali e quindi la struttura è splendida. Situata di fronte al mare, con ampio parcheggio e camere molto spaziose e confortevoli. Breakfast veramente notevole per la ricchezza e varietà. Ottimo servizio.

  Liked: The staff were very nice and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the area and even recommended great places to visit throughout our way stay. The hotel is beautiful and has great views of the beach. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the amenities were fantastic.
