Good
A great location with extremely helpful staff
Liked: Location and great staff
Fine for a quick stay in Livorno
Liked: The room is an adequate size and the air con worked well. It was a bit dark to sit in. We only stayed one night and it was fine for that. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags there after checkout until our boat left. Not too far to walk into town, about 10 minutes.
Disliked: The bathroom really needs an upgrade.
Not too bad, not too bad
Liked: The kindness of the staff, Antonio in particular
Disliked: The fridge didn't work and I noticed a water leak on the floor. No breakfast included
Ok stay for a night
Liked: Good location and fair room for a night, room was quite nice for the price
Disliked: Stairs 😥 Old carpets in hallways
Lovely room close to everything
Liked: Close to everything. Lovely room. Big window. Comfortable and clean. Staff were nice.
Mediocre hotel in a good location
Liked: The central location is quite comfortable and easy to access many interesting parts of the town.
Disliked: The room is quite old and has bad smoke smell. The breakfast is just bunch of snacks
