Exceptional
Liked: Very nice and spacious house. Clean rooms and good beds. Friendly and caring host. Easy check in and self check out Private parking just outside the house in gated community. 5 min drive to the center of Livorno with great local restaurangs by the sea. 10min drive to the Corsica ferries Much better than any hotel!
Passable
Liked: Beautiful property, a few minutes drive from the city center, very spacious.
Disliked: ATTENTION: the owner does not respect the taxation indicated by booking, therefore upon your arrival you will be asked for a higher tax than what is indicated during the booking. UNPLEASANT surprise, I wouldn't return to this place. If there are issues between the partner and Booking they CANNOT and must NOT fall on the end customer.
Really enjoyed our visit only wish it was for longer
