Exceptional
Disliked: Rain leaked through attic bedroom velux window on to bed. Rain also leaked through windows at top of staircase on to the very steep wooden stairs - health & safety risk.
Quick and easy stay in a nice flat
Liked: A really modernized space that and a friendly service provided through booking.com. Based very near the port which is what we required. All the facilities you need for an overnight stay and a clean and comfy space.
Disliked: Finding the property was difficult as it is not located where placemarked on Google maps. This should be explained for future customers that the pin is not accurate. The surrounding area and building aside from the flat itself was not very nice, though you only need to cross a bridge and things are better.
It is great overall, but very low temperature spoiled it a bit
Liked: The location is great, the view is amazing. The flat is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.
Disliked: It was very cold in December - 13 C degrees is not enough. The radiators were there but they were cold.
Liked: Great location in historical Livorno. Superb apartment, well maintained. Great communication with host.
Disliked: Sewage odours in the bathroom, miscommunication with the host about the length of the stay.
Perfect location in a well presented apartment
Liked: This was a property perfect for us staying overnight before catching the ferry. The proximity to some lovely restaurants and bars nearby was a bonus too. The apartment itself is well presented, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Having so many steps to climb with luggage is a challenge.
Great place near great pizza
Liked: I loved the apartment layout and the fresh, clean furnishings. The second bedroom had a very pretty view of the city
Disliked: The 52 steps to the entrance of the apartment gave me a bit of a workout. This was a good way to work off some of the very tasty pizza from A La Pizza - that was just across the waterway and had awesome servers
