Guest reviews
Pleasant
Liked: Beds very comfy. Easy to get to Port.
Disliked: No small lighting in room. Bathroom really unclean.
A really budget option you only book if you're stuck and need a place to spend the night
Liked: The communication with the staff was fast, responsive, and friendly. The location was central, and it was easy to gain access to the room. It was cheap, although I would have expected cheaper for what we got.
Disliked: This felt like a makeshift hotel; someone simply bought (or leased) a former office space and put some beds in the rooms. The sheets, although clean, had stains. There was a cord in the middle of the hallway to the bathrooms that was a tripping hazard. But worst of all, 2/3 bathrooms did not have toilet covers. I left this comment with the staff and they assured me this would be fixed.
Liked: Very welll
Great location. Renovation needed
Liked: Excellent location, in the heart of the city. Self checkin makes it flexible
Disliked: The AC only works after 8pm ( turns on and off repeatedly). We saw insects in the bathroom.
Not a good impression
Liked: Excellent location but the price for a poor room it wasn't good. You should improve more on your rooms as you had excellent location in Livorno.
Disliked: Candance on the door of the room, no proper door just like a bathroom partition door
Liked: Location is great
Disliked: Very obsolete facilities
