Liked: Location is at walking distance to the center and surroundings.
Disliked: It was my first night after being on the plane, train and bus all day. 👎🏻Bad smell as I entered the staircase. I assumed it was smell of an old building. Inside the room was worse and heavier and I also found the balcony door open, so they were trying to cover it. Shortly after I realised it was smoking smell 🤢 Then the host admited that it was previous guests that smoked inside the room. 👎🏻And why did I have to pay for their lack of education?!? I payed full price for half conditions. I am non-smoker and allergic, so it was a terrible night for me. Woke up with swollen eyes. Did not rest at all. Tried to sleep with the balcony door a little open, but it was chilli. 👍🏻The owner came to the room, as to confirm it was still smelling, to apologise and brought 2 small bottles of water, as I asked him if it was ok to drink from the tap as it was late and all shops were closed. I consider water is basic to have in a room! 👎🏻Also if it was this specific situation, they should have offered a discount or some extra touch as appologise. Not that it would've made my eyes not to swell, but still...for the discomfort! 👎🏻No extra blanquet except for the bed sheet and bed cover as their usual. Used a bath towel as extra cover, as I was cold after the trip. 👎🏻Place is much smaller than it seems on the photos. I was alone, but still it felt tight. 👎🏻Not properly cleaned, short hair around the bathroom floor, a hair band tied around the shower poll... 👎🏻Terrace was useless as it was chilli, I arrived late in the evening and had early check-out (even with the whole smell issue and late check-in) 👍🏻Breakfast was good! 👍🏻Housekeeper was polite.

Liked: The location was great, half-way between the station and the old town. The dwelling was charming and spotlessly clean, with great kitchen facilities. I was served a delicious breakfast. Best of all the host, Angelo, was awesome. He carried my bags downstairs for me and offered to drive me to my next stay in Alberobello (and wouldn’t accept any money). His English is excellent so communication was easy. I highly recommend this property.

Disliked: The mirror in the bathroom was on an angle and the room was rather tight.
Unforgettable holidays in Locorotondo
Liked: This place stays not only in your memories but also in your hearth. We felt very welcome with Marina <3 who was taking care about us every day preparing the breakfast and being so friendly with us. We got beautiful, spacious room with comfortable bed, living room part with small balcony and nice bathroom. Room as has high ceilings stays cool during hot days. Room was cleaned every day in an IMPECCABLY manner. We didn't got any issue with finding a free parking place at the street. Locorotondo is a great place if you want to feel authentic atmosphere and meet honest, great people. We loved the place, we loved the town and we would like to come back there definitely. Thank you also for Dimora del Tenente for a nice wine gift:).
