Exceptional
Beautiful B&B with wonderful host
Liked: Pietra Pesara is a wonderful place, located just down the road from Locorotondo. Francesca is an incredible host and made our stay very special. The grounds are beautiful and the Trullo we stayed in was perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults + toddler). We’d come back in a heartbeat!
An amazing stay at Pietra Pesara!
Liked: The property itself is beautifully designed - traditional and modern at the same time. The location is super convenient for visiting the nearly towns, and at the same time it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The breakfast was super delicious. The host, Francesca, is amazing - bubbling with energy and serving all the good, natural products of her masseria.
It was a perfect stay!
Liked: It is a beautiful property and Francesca is a wonderful host. She gets up at 5AM every day to make all of the pastries and breads that are part of the incredible breakfast buffet table. She has a wealth of information about the area and can help with recommendations and reservations. We stayed 5 days and used this as a base for day trips to Polignano al Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberobello, Cisternino and Grottaglie as well as the Terre di San VInto winery.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay. Francesca is a lovely host and was very caring and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic with so many different options. We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices everyday during our stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Toiletries are provided and it was nice to have an outdoor courtyard attached to the room. The place is located a very short drive from Locorotondo and was a perfect base to explore the towns nearby.
Liked: We loved everything about being here. The service was exceptional, the decoration, the grounds…the warmth felt from everything and everyone.
Disliked: Nothing could be better.
A hidden gem in Puglia
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Pierre Pesara. Francesca was a wonderful host and gave us useful local recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. We stayed in the Trulli took which was an incredible and authentic experience. The whole property was beautiful and really well located for a roadtrip through Puglia. We would love to return.
