  Liked: Lovely setting with a great swimming pool, the Trullo was very atmospheric.

  Great place to relax enjoy the surroundings and have a nice vacation

  Liked: Wat a very nice place, well maintained property and a beautiful pool, also the house is gorgeous from the outside. And it has a big terrace with enough chairs to be quite comfortable. If you look away from the house over the wall you can enjoy the fruit trees and the olive trees. It is nice and quiet and you can really enjoy the silence and beautiful surroundings.

  Disliked: Inside the house is not as luxurious as it looks from the outside. Maybe I didn’t read all the information good enough, but I had the impression that the house had airconditioning. In fact it has, but unfortunately only in one room, the entrance/ living room. The bedrooms didn’t have airconditioning and it was extremely hot. There were 2 vans but it didn’t help much and it gave a lot of noise during the entire night. Also the kitchen is a little bit small and outdated, not suitable for such an expensive home. The bathroom is outdated, and the mirror is so low that everybody had to bend.

  Generally, we enjoyed the week

  Liked: The hosts were brilliant. The location and the tranquility of the area. The pool was great. Supermarket was close.

  Disliked: Shower pressure too low, no kettle and only one teaspoon!

  Liked: Nicoletta was a fantastic host and sorted out any issues that we had, we needed an iron as we were going to a wedding and she made sure that we got it in time. Fruit was left outside the door on two occasions. Wonderful.

  Disliked: The mattresses were very hard.

  Outstanding property with wonderful and generous hosts. Thankyou!

  Liked: The trulli is gorgeous, especially the outdoor areas and in particular the fabulous pool area. The owners were outstandingly helpful and on our last night prepared and cooked us an amazing meal of many courses that included home grown and produced tomatoes, olive oil and wine that we shared with the whole family:) The trulli is perfectly located either as a base from which to explore or as a quiet idyll to just relax and escape from it all. You can walk to Locorotondo (about 25mins) and there is an excellent supermarket just a few minutes drive away.

  Disliked: The only thing to consider... there is only one air conditioning unit in the kitchen area of the trulli. Which means that in the VERY hot summer months, the bedrooms were uncomfortably warm at night.

  We were made feel most welcome by our hosts

  Liked: The location was beautiful, a short walk from the lovely town of Locorotondo. The Trulli itself was very picturesque, set in lovely countryside. The swimming pool was superb, and we had plenty of private outdoor space. The hosts were very responsive and dealt with our requests promptly. we would highly recommend this property.

  Disliked: A microwave and kettle would have been useful.
