Fabulous
Liked: nice and big villa, it has everything that you needed.
Liked: The house inside was perfect, nice large beds and a good warm shower. Once we found the Villa, it is a nice spot to discover the surroundings.
Disliked: We booked the Villa from the last week of May. We were never warned that the swimmingpool was not open/ functioning. It was the important reason for us to book this spot, so we were very disappointed. This had be advertised somewhere. The rest of the outside furniture needs some TLC. It is a nice covered terrace but the chairs and benches are partly broken and the outdoors can use a gardener for the weeds. Pictures look not like it is any more.
Stay away from this accommodation!!
Liked: We had the wish to stay in a trulli house. The photos looked very promising.
Disliked: The house is not that authentic exept for the kitchen and bathroom (need renovation). We booked an paid for 3 nights. January could be cold and when we arrived the airco was trying to warm up the accomodation. Bathroom and kitchen are not heated (or cooled) by the airco. There were some blankets but not enough to make us comfortable. Your contact could maybe bring extra blankets the next day. The internet was or very slow (YouTube on 1 screen didn’t work) or not excisting. The kitchen was very poor and the bathroom was very cold, not clean and smelled bad (sewerage?). The airco couldn’t get the accommodation on a comfortable temperature (15 degree max). And the shower was only hot for 1 person and after that cold. We left after 1 night because we couldn’t stay any longer. Our contact has promissed us 3x by Whatsapp a partial refund (we provided our bank details) but nothing happened. Not trustworthy or reliable. Our advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!

Property with potential but uncared for
Liked: The bed was comfortable. Nice garden and garden furniture but the fruit was all rotting on the trees. Quiet. Handy location for trips out.
Disliked: Everything was just run down and in need of some care. Main house was ok but everywhere else was uncared for. Shortage of glasses, mugs and utensils. All bug sprays and cleaning items had run out but were needed because of the rotting fruit. Bikes were available but not usable - 2 had flat tires, others had immovable saddles so wrong size. Swimming pool was very cold because of time of year and had no net to remove floating debris and insects.
