Excellent location! Well worth the money and will definitely come again
Liked: Wonderful view of the lake and the old town of Malcesine from the terrace which also has a small garden. Very close to the pool. Spacious apartment, efficient air condition, lots of utensils in kitchen. Everything is well kept both inside and outside. 15-20 minutes walk (downhill) to Malcesine old town and beaches. 10 minutes walk to a big supermarket. There comes a bike with the apartment.
Disliked: You have to bring your own sun beds to the pool (from the apartment) - this can be both good or bad according to your preference. We only used the pool for swimming. The pool is deep (150 cm) which was a challenge for our 12 year old son. There is also a kids’ pool. The place was not fully booked during our stay and the atmosphere pretty quiet but you can easily hear noise from the other apartments - especially from the bedroom. We only experienced this 1 day during our stay when our neighbours arrived with two dogs late at night.

Exceptional
Liked: The location provides a beautiful view on the Lago de Garda, the equipment in the kitchen is new and of high quality, there are lots of dishes to serve a extended family. On departure we wanted to avoid traffic jam, and as the there were no follow up guests on that day it was no problem to stay until late afternoon.
Disliked: One warning: prepare your route in advance if you drive by car. The address is on a very scenic street several kilometers long surrounding half of the city thru the mountains. Although the location is easily reachable in principle, our navigation device was totally overwhelmed and we had a hard time to find it in the night.

Liked: The view was stunning and the pool facilities were perfect for my young children. The layout of the apartment great and we had everything we needed. The location was just a 15 minute walk into town.

Liked: The view is breathtaking! 100% worth it. Plus the appartment is on the ground floor so it is not too hot there, we did not even need to use the A/C. The landlord is very helpful if needed.
