Very good
Great stay. Loved the location
Liked: Looked like it had had a part refurbishment in the last couple of years. Some dated rooms but also some modern ones. Pool was excellent and the breakfast options were good. The price I paid for the stay was a fair reflection on the facilities.
Disliked: Bathroom was small. No waste bin in bedroom & on the side of the pool where the grass was there is some type of leak coming up from the floor that floods the floor under the sunbeds.
Definetely worth visiting
Liked: Location by the lake, view from the balcony, nice restaurant, friendly staff, underground garage
Disliked: Weak air-conditioning, small room and small tv and all bathroom, bushes over the swimming pool covering the lakeview

Liked: The hotel is right by the beach and has a beautiful view if the Lake.
Disliked: The only slight downside is that it is quite a long walk to downtown Malcesine and that the parking garage was not designed with modern cars, so it could really be a headache to squeeze into the spots.
Incredible location, friendly staff, excellent food offered at the restaurant and beautiful pool
Liked: The location was incredible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing and breakfast was good. Air con was good in the room. The pool was well kept and lovely. Plenty of loungers around the pool.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner for example the toilets down stairs. Funny reoccurring humming noise in our room. Our room was very small but still functional.
Nice stay
Liked: Excellent small hotel, right by the lake. We had a room with amazing lake view. The restaurant downstairs was very good.
Disliked: The second night we stayed in a room facing the side street. Room was great, but we noticed a foul smell in the bathroom. Notified staff.

Liked: Hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Fantastic location! The hotel restaurant was fantastic! Beautiful evenings eating right on the water! Loved it!
Disliked: Room was clean but very small for 3 adults. The shower could not maintain the temperature - it was hot, then freezing, then good.
