Exceptional
Great location
Liked: We appreciated that they welcomed us with 2 medium sized dogs and they had parking places available. Loved the proximity to the gondola and the city. Very responsive and helped us with recommendations that were great. The view to the lake and castle was nice.
Disliked: It has a balcony that we enjoyed, but it would have been good to have something to separate our balcony from the neighbours balcony.

Liked: Perfectly located. Less than five minutes walk away from the Old Town (& crowds!). An equal distance away from the bus station and situated opposite to the cable car. A very well equipped kitchen, spotless bathroom & even cycles on loan (free of charge.). Marco, the property owner was nice & friendly, giving advice on where to eat, drink & visit. Checking in two hours ahead of schedule wasn't a problem although spending two hours in the sun might have been. Bikeapartments was all part of a fantastic six days in Malcesine. Thanks & We can't wait to visit again.

Felt like a home away from home, great host and super helpful! Couldn’t fault a thing
Liked: Perfect location for skiing with chair lift in the most accessible area! The host gave us a very detailed list of local spots to dine in and great landmarks to see. The property is modern very clean and had great facilities and views of the castle and more!! Could not fault anything to be honest.
Apart from the noise, it was a lovely place
Liked: Close to town centre. Our apartment balcony looked out over the lake.
Disliked: The walls were paper thin, you could hear the other people in their apartments. Needs to be soundproof. Off site parking is about 3 miles away.
Liked: My stay was wonderful! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Communication was smooth and quick, and I truly felt taken care of throughout my visit. It made my experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for not only a great stay but also an amazing host!
Great location, would go again
Liked: Excellent location, a spacious room with all you might need, wonderful hosts ready to help with good advice about Malcesine. A small parking right in front of the appointment.
Disliked: If you travel by electric car, bear in mind that Booking.com has a bit misleading information: There is no dedicated electric vehicle charger. You can charge your car only using a standard home power network. It was not a problem for us as there are plenty of charging points in neighbouring towns, like Riva del Garda etc.
