Exceptional
Perfect base to explore Malcesine and the lake
Liked: The hosts were very responsive and super flexible on our arrival time and allowing us to access the property earlier than advertised. The keys were left in a suitable place and directions and instructions were clear. They also provided helpful information on local amenities including restaurant recommendations. There is ample private parking if you are coming by car. The apartment is very clean and has clearly been renovated in a nice modern Italian style. The balcony is nice to sit out on if you book one of those rooms and has views of the mountains and the old town. The kitchen has all the appliances to self-cater if you so wish and there's a Eurospar just across the road for supplies. The location is great - a few minutes walk to the ferry port to explore the lake and all the restaurants and bars. The apartment is right next to the bus station with buses going both north and south. There's also a very nice bar across the road next to the bus station - Osteria Gremal - with an outside area with great views, nice sounds and it stays open later than most places.
Great stay, great location handy to all
Liked: Great location. Very spacious and roomy. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and looking out over the town and castle.
Disliked: Close to the main road a bit noisy, unfortunately the sound proofing not good cause could hear clearly the next door apartment!
Liked: The apartment is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect if you don't want to use your car as much. The taxi station and bus station is across the street also a big supermarket. The cable car to monte Baldo is in walking distance. The apartment is in the city centre near to go to the harbour to the ferry's and boats over to Limone. The host gave us all the information we needed before we came to Malcesine. We are very satisfied. Thank you Bruna
Magnificent Malcesine
Liked: Modern holiday apartment with all the creature comforts of home. Lovely hosts, who were very welcoming and helpful. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Malcesine with allocated car parking.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy from the traffic, as it is on the main road through Malcesine and opposite the bus station, but it didn't cause us a problem.
Liked: The flat is well equipped, the landlady is very nice. The location of the flat is central. Of course, you have to be aware that the flat is on the main road, but the windows to the courtyard can be opened for ventilation, so we found the traffic noise bearable. We would book this flat again.
