Exceptional
Liked: The location was absolutely perfect. Directly across the road next to the Spar shop, is a path leading straight to the Lake and all the way into Malcesine. Hotel is basic, but had everything we needed and a large balcony with a Lake view.. The breakfast was beautiful, fresh fluffy eggs everymorning and excellent variety. Staff were all helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Really convenient location near to Via del Sogno and a walk into town. Very friendly staff

Great hotel on the shores of Lake Garda
Liked: Property was fantastic, just far enough from the old town to be out of the crowds, but close enough you bike or walk in. Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet and the pool is a bonus on a hot afternoon. Breakfast is a step up from the typical breakfast included at most hotels and there are great restaurants within walking distance down on the lake. There is also plenty of parking on the premises and bikes for rent to ride into town. Overall a great place to stay in the area, we would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Wish we could have stayed longer
Liked: Perfect location for town and waterfront. Very clean. Staff so welcoming. We had balcony with sunbeds which was perfect to watch the world go by and take in the sun. Across from supermarket and fridge in room. Swimming pool area was clean and had seating area for bar snacks.
Disliked: Was perfect.
Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean.
Disliked: They mentioned the pool was heated but it was not - they said they had only turned on a few days ago so it could take a while, but we were there for a week and the was was freezing the hotel time. It was a bummer since this was a main reason to book it there.
