Very good
Lovely stay in a very good hotel close to the beautiful old town
Liked: Lovely quiet hotel with good pool sunbeds and parasols and stunning views. Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms and on site parking. The old town centre is wonderful and the walk along the lakeside is a delight. The castle is stunning.
Disliked: The walk into the old town has a short section along the busy main road and a short steep incline to/from the lakeside, which may not be suitable for everyone.

Liked: Position fabulous views from the Balcony. The decor in the hotel was stunning. The owner was lovely very helpful lady, The Breakfast was nice could have had a bit more effort on hot sections, as only eggs seved hot and that was only one of the mornings first morning nothing hot, Due to the time of the year most of the facilities wernt open and hot tub on roof had no heater so was very cold,
Disliked: Not much to say here as genuinely a lovely hotel one are 2 of the reception staff were very miserable and unhelpful, ie the young gentleman, but Owner/manager was lovely and more than made up for others
Nice location in need of update
Liked: The hotel is well located on the edge of Malcesine, an easy 10 minute walk into the village center. The view over the lake from the room is magnificent. Breakfast was apple, with many options.
Disliked: The decor of facility is a little dated, beds were not especially comfortable, and towels in the bathroom were threadbare. There is parking included at the rear of the property, but getting your luggage from the parking space to the room is a bit of a hassle. The matron of the hotel seemed a little put out when we ask her for ice a couple of times.
Liked: Great location, very nice breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Free parking at the back of the hotel.
Disliked: Both WiFi and mobile network reception were quite bad. Tourist tax only in cash. No big issues, just something to take into account when you visit.
Liked: Hotellet ligger fantastiskt och utsikten är magisk. Tyvärr fick vi påminna om byte av sängkläder. Klimatanläggningen kan i bästa fall kallas för fläkt, då den i princip inte kylde alls.
Liked: Nice, old Italian style hotel sitting on the main road to Malcesine. Approx 20 min walk to the city center, you need to cross the main road and walk along the sea promenade. The hotel offers a nice pool area with a view over the lake. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, good sized room, however with a very small bathroom with an even smaller shower cabinette. Good value for the money
