Exceptional
Beautiful hotel in the most perfect location
Liked: Lovely reception area and staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room is a good size and comfortable with a nice balcony looking up to the mountains.
Disliked: Only slight niggles, but the paper cups were single use and not great for boiling waters. Also we had a windy evening and the shutters blew closed. Hardly a fault of the hotel really, but scared us to dead in the middle of the night!
Liked: The room was so perfect for what we were looking for. It is located in the middle of old town so walking to dinner and activities was easy and enjoyable. The staff was so kind and friendly and the breakfast offered was just right to get us started on our day. The staff even organized and plugged our electric car in when their free type 2 charger freed up. This was a lovely spot would recommend to anyone.

Excellent family run hotel very close to restaurants, beach, boats and the cable car. 100% recommend
Liked: Lovely authentic Italian family run hotel but with recently upgraded bedrooms and a new swimming pool and decking area which is a great addition when wanting to relax during the day. Family rooms were a good size with sizeable bathrooms and little kitchen was helpful. Excellent location in the centre but yet still quiet when wanting to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel bar service was great - excellent Hugo spritz!

Liked: Great location. Few minutes walk to Monte Baldo cable car and old city just outside the hotel. Smaller room but clean. Air conditionong work great. There is breakfast for 10 Euro- it was very tasty with sweet and sour options like eggs,cheesse and ham. There is a parking included,however, there is only few spots next to the hotel and if it is busy you have to park in the second location which is 10-15 minutes walk but uphill. The staff was very kind and helpfull.
Disliked: The shower is tiny.
Fantastic little hotel in the middle of town, with everything you need a few steps away
Liked: Fantastic little hotel in the middle of town, with everything you need a few steps away. Very accomodating to our needs and friendly, helpful staff. Travelled with children. Room was clean, beds were great, a small pool but the kids enjoyed it. We were able to charge our electric car too. Breakfast was not taken but tea is free to take as you need. Super refreshing citrus water at reception!
Disliked: For the price, the staff and the location, nothing to complain about!
