Good
Liked: I really enjoyed everything, especially the staff’s attentiveness. The only thing was that the air conditioner was acting strangely—or rather, it wasn’t working, but it kept gurgling at night. As I understood it, it’s a shared system for the whole building, which is why it didn’t work the way you’re used to: turned off - silent right away. On the other hand, it could have been worse—I remember when I was in Turkey, my neighbors’ air conditioner unit on my balcony was running like a helicopter; I couldn’t even think about sitting out on the balcony to relax, and I couldn’t even open the window because of the deafening roar

Disliked: The hotel is in the middle of the road, so it takes driving everywhere. Not particularly clean either. Our AC didn't work and we were suffering a heatwave which was answered with shoulder shrugs and "sorry we can't do anything". They offered refund if we left early, but we were supposed to wait for the boss to do the refund and the boss never came so we left.. Customer service is lacking. All in all very disappointing experience in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
