Exceptional
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious room with balcony and view of lake, really well equipped and really clean. Completely as described and photographed Lovely pool, not busy or noisy plenty of space around pool and garden to relax.
A quick night in a nice well priced hotel
Liked: A lovely hotel, very helpful staff, nice breakfast and nice pool. Good air con. A little away from the town but the tourist bus is easy to use. A 20 min walk down to the lake and the paragliding bar.
Disliked: Nothing
Would recommend, and would revisit
Liked: The owner, Christian, was very accommodating, doing very early breakfasts due to our competition schedule. Food was very good, great choice.
Never been talked to like this as an adult
Liked: Started with our room not being ready at 13. Np we waited 20 min. Pool was great (24 degrees), very well kept area around it. However, after experiencing the chaos and beauty of the nearby town, we had bought ingredients to cook on our trangia stove on the balcony on our own steel table. The owner observed us and told us no. Fair enough. However the manner of the way he told us make me feel like a child being told off. And further he kept coming back to check on us. If you tell me once, I shouldn’t cook on your balcony, I am not gonna do it again even if I now have to eat chips as my dinner. This made me just want to leave. Fortunately, I only had one night here. The lake is far away, the rooms are dated. The breakfast was good.
Wonderful relaxing experience
Liked: The staff is wonderful, very patient and attentive with kids. Facilities are great, located outside the center of Malcesine but not very far (10 minutes by bike). Very nice breakfast, quiet big garden, nice swimming pool. Restaurants for lunch and dinner within close distance. Yoga in the garden on Fridays!!
Disliked: Everything was perfect. Just be aware that there is a little uphill to get to the hotel by bike. But doable: My 9 and 11 year old could manage with a little encouragement!
Liked: Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderschönen Garten und Pool. Sehr schönes und gutes Frühstück. Liebevoll geführt und sehr nette Angestellte. Sehr ruhig gelegen und das Zentrum mit dem Bus stündlich oder zu Fuß in ca 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
