Exceptional
Fabulous service, location and experience
Liked: From our arrival, and throughout our 6-day stay, the staff were so helpful. The breakfast was amazing, everything from omelette to freshly squeezed juices and prosecco!, via cold plates, muesli and sweet treats. This is a family owned hotel and the quality of service shows.
Disliked: I couldn't fault any aspect of our stay.
We loved our stay, the room was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming
Liked: Fantastic location, view and direct access to the lake, reception staff excellent, parking close by. The hotel offered as part of our stay an excellent Italian diner.
Disliked: Bed is accessible only on one side since it’s against a wall and has a large frame, restaurant staff barely speak English, breakfast started a bit late for us.

Exactly what we had hoped for in a Hotel Stay
Liked: perfect location just far enough from the hustle but 3 minutes to the center The view from the room was spectacular.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike the staff were great the breakfast was amazing in prep and choice.
Liked: Beautiful. Friendly staff. Could have stayed here so much longer
Disliked: Maybe an earlier breakfast time than 8am and option to get a coffee before that time as no kettle or coffee or tea making facility in room
