Fabulous
Liked: The staff were absolutely brilliant and made our stay. Lovely pool and location, very easy to get into Malcesine
Good hotel, a bit expensive for the facilities. Eg poor bedding
Liked: Everything was very nice except the beds.
Disliked: Our beds very old, can feel the spring. The shower head seemed be broken and had to turn on the shower then put it up for it to stay up. Other than that everything else was good.

Liked: This is a superb hotel. Clean, beautiful views of the mountains & lake. Great location 10 minutes from Malcesine centre. Highly recommended
Beautiful views, nice facilities and friendly, welcoming staff!
Liked: With a beautiful view over Lake Garda, the rooms were clean, tidy and practical. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and we felt very welcome! The hotel restaurant has a veranda with a magnificent view of the lake, and on the second floor there is a nice pool and sundeck that guests can use free of charge.
Disliked: To reach the beautiful centre of Malcesine, there is a short walk down a narrow road where people drive quite fast. For us, it was fine, but for people with disabilities, it might be challenging.
Liked: Perfect location - an upward stroll from the old town centre, great views over the town. Fantastic clean hotel, helpful staff, clean pool,
Disliked: Very small car park in a field/old yard so had to be early to get good parking.
Just a perfect venue for visting Malcesine and the Garda region
Liked: Pool, views from the room/balcony, sun terrace, great breakfast, good food, and not least a very friendly staff.
