  Nice 3 day stay

Liked: Very clean and tidy, modern, ideal location for the busy part of Malcesine. Excellent tea and coffee facilities. Range of soaps and body wash/creams. Great A/C. Allowed to keep luggage in an unused room due to later transfer to airport.

Disliked: Didn't meet the host as it was all done by phone/message. Issue with alarm/sensor going off during the night, made host aware who gave genuine apology and vowed to fix for future guests. Blinds didn't fully block the light from the window at night.

Overall, comfortable and very acceptable but not for those with mobility issues

Liked: The location was excellent. It was clean and the host was lovely.

Disliked: Lack of washing up facilities and lots of steep steps to the apartment

Liked: Well equipped, location is great and apartment was very clean.

Disliked: Being partly underground, the apartment suffers from moisture and dampness quite badly. There are extractor fans constantly on but it's not enough to remove it. It's mostly visible on the bathroom walls and after coming back from a long time closed

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation perfect 10/10. Would highly recommend

Liked: Central location yet very quiet. Looked newly refurbished. Excellent security doors. Host messaged mid week to check all was ok. Well equipped kitchen. Shower lovely and warm. Was able to arrange an earlier check in time. We would definitely recommend it.

Disliked: Not much really! May have just an oversight but no toilet roll. Other than that it was perfect

Liked: The best location, helpful staff, lovely renovations. Easy check in and we had a fabulous time for our friends wedding!

Disliked: One key - but we kept in the lock box for us all to use.
