Exceptional
Really great will stay again as we loved Malazine
Liked: Beautiful accommodation, great bath tub and shower. Perfect location. Nice balcony to sit out. We had a meal at the hotel which was really good with excellent service and views not to be rivaled
Disliked: We stayed 4 nights and reception told us the second day on enquiring we would get a towel change after 3 days but we didn’t.. Nit a big deal but we would have liked
Liked: Quality of apartment: spacious, modern, kitchen, shower zone.
Disliked: Very poor staff service, communication, missing coffee machine, complicated check in, parking.
Liked: Excellent location and lovely room
Beautiful town and lovely accommodation
Liked: Central location, good facilities
Disliked: A guide for the accommodation, to include how to use air conditioning etc would have been helpful. Also ideas of local activities, were to put the rubbish.
Really nice place but no cleaning whatsoever
Liked: The location is perfect. The soundproofing of the room is really good. And the bathtub in the room was very pleasant and relaxing.
Disliked: We stayed for six nights and the room was not cleaned once. There were also no cleaning agents that you could have cleaned yourself. Towels were changed once. The linens were not changed once during the six nights. The reasoning being that it was an apartment. Then again no washing machine.
Very good
Disliked: Expected a serviced apartment to be cleaned. More towels would’ve been nice.
