  Liked: Really nice and clean, gave a nice nostalgic feel. Staff were all friendly.

  Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, loved exploring the nearby attractions, and had a wonderful time

  Liked: The staff was very friendly at the reception, in the kids' club, the dining area, and especially at the bar. The hotel has a spacious, quiet, and green property that is perfect for families with children. We loved the heated water slides and the spacious, well-equipped kids' club, which has great operating hours throughout the day.

  Disliked: We did not like the bed mattresses - they caused back pain and disrupted our sleep. In fact, I ended up sleeping on the pull-out sofa with the children because it was much more comfortable. I also want to note that I felt disproportionately unwell after consuming only a small amount of alcohol. I experienced dizziness (the spins) at night and for part of the next day, and I cannot think of any other reason for feeling this bad.

  Disliked: Big crowd in the pool, far from the lake by foot on the hill.

  Liked: We loved this hotel! Gorgeous pool, slightly quirky decor, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Great location out of town but within walking distance of restaurants and bars, and the Monte Baldo cable car.
