Uncomfortable stay for high price

Disliked: Very basic room, it feels more like a student room, not a hotel, very uncomfortable bed, the smell in the room, old bathroom

Liked: Location. We had half board and the dinner was very good. Breackfast normal, with everything you should like. Fruits and vegetables also. Good coffe. Clean, renovated room. Nothing like in some pictures I have seen here. Big pool. More than enough places to seat around the pool. We needed a late check in and they waited for us.
Disliked: The comunication with the proptiety is not very good. Nobody answers the messages, and it is hard to talk with them on the phone if you don't speak italian or german. The thing we really missed in the room was a refrigerator. There is no way you could keep your watter cold. That was a big minus for us. We have bought drinks from them, no problem, but if you want to drink somenting cold, in the middle of the night, you can forget it.

Liked: Our stay was amazing, everyone were very kind and helpfull. We had nice room with nice view. Food was delicious.

Liked: The staff were absolutely outstanding! Super friendly and professional. The view from the hotel was spectacular. Parking across from hotel and at no charge.
Disliked: Bed wasn't so nice and the mattress was a bit smelly. Curtains had seen better days. The whole place needs a renovation!
