Exceptional
Strongly recommend Residence Kormorado - Wonderful view pool, parking and near to city center
Liked: I had a wonderful view on the Lake Garda with a nice big terrace. Got picked up and guided to my room on arrival. Very fast and friendly reaction to all requests.
Disliked: A few coffee machine capsules + dishwasher tabs would have been nice
Great apartment with amazing views!
Liked: Great apartment with exceptional views. Well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony to enjoy the views over the lake. Air source heat pump was nice addition in late September (and must have on summer). The apartment located outside of the city and the area of the apartment was peaceful. It took about 20 minutes walk uphill from the city center - but was totally worth it to enjoy the views across the city every day. Easy to communicate with the nice host.
Disliked: The apartment had tied floors which were quite cold on September without any rugs. The apartment also lacked a proper blanket and didn't include much toilet paper.
Not what was promised
Liked: The views from the balcony were magnificent. The pool was lovely as well. One of the beds was nice, the sofa bed was unstable and creaky and could not be used.
Disliked: Our most important criteria was to have a washing machine. When we arrived we found that it was broken. The host didn't fix it, so we couldn't do laundry at all. The host didn't inform us of the broken machine beforehand, and he made it nearly impossible to arrange washing in his apartment. There was wifi in the apartment but no instructions on how to use it - we had to ask the host for everything separately because there were no general instructions (wifi password, different keys, recycling). The TV was unusable.
Liked: The most beautiful view. Near beach and Malcesine city. If we had any questions the host quickly responded
Exceptional
Liked: Super nice view, good Airco and well equipped kitchen. All needed when travelling with a baby. The swimming pool was really cool too! Proper size for a swim and very clean, so we used it with our baby too. When travelling with a stroller be aware of the stairs though, need a strong man to carry it up and down every day 😃 it's still worth the effort for the view you get every day staying there
