Liked: Amazing location close to Malcesine. Lovely pool friendly helpful staff amazing views
Disliked: Just to note its a very steep walk up to the apartment but don't let that put you off. Most accommodation is the same and worth it for the view recommend car hire to explore North Lake Garda

Stunning Views & Exceptional Hospitality at Le Balze Residence!
Liked: We had the pleasure of staying at Le Balze Residence, and it was an unforgettable experience! The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking – definitely worth the 146 steps up. It felt like we were perched on top of the world, with the surrounding landscape providing a serene and picturesque backdrop. A big shout-out to our host, Graziella who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She not only ensured the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable but also took us out for an evening, giving us a chance to experience the local culture. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. If you don’t mind the climb, this place is a hidden gem that I’d recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and intimate getaway. Highly recommend!
Disliked: The property is on a steep hill with lots and lots of steps. This was not a problem to us as we are fit. Well and truly worth the effort as the view from our room was phenomenal. It was like waking up to a picture postcard every day. This is not a dislike, but something to bear in mind if you are not mobile.

Liked: Very quiet and convenient for travelling around the lake. There was a local bus which was very convenient
Disliked: A hill up to property might not suit some people a very steep walk. Also had to pay €70 for sheets and towels.

Liked: Everything was just perfect. The tranquility all day long. The stunning views from private balcony. The spotless apartment & swimming pool. The location … bus stop just minutes away. The wonderful warm owner Graziella.. a truely special place.

Warm welcome in beautiful location, clean and well equipped apartment
Liked: Very warm welcome, immaculately clean, pool was beautiful. Really good location. Views stunning. Would highly recommend. Easy parking - road to get up a little bit of an adventure the first time but fine after you’ve down it once! Short walk to the lake for swimming and 10 minutes from local shops. Apartment very well equipped - we did quite a bit of self catering and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Bedding was expensive - should have brought own sheets/pillow cases.
