Liked: Pool area was nice. Location is good.
Disliked: The aircon had been remotely turned off by the hotel. We went down to ask how to work it and they said it’s been switched off due to the outside temperature being low. It was still 27 degrees on the days we were there, we’d return to our room on an evening and the room was very hot, we spent a lot of the night sweating. Don’t advertise a room with air con if it’s not usable. Rooms are very loud, can hear both neighbours and noises above. Road noise is very bad if in a lake view. No restaurant at the property. Booking.com advertises the hotel as a 4 star. On arrival the property is listed as a 3 star and that’s about right. It’s not a 4 star hotel.
A lovely family run hotel in an gorgeous place
Liked: Swimming opposite the hotel with views of the mountains was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Emil, Nicola and mum! Delicious breakfast and the whole hotel has had a super chic renovation. Love the bathroom design.
Disliked: The night staff guy was a bit churlish when we asked for some ice and glasses. Wifi was a little weak. We would have liked some glasses for water in the room.
Liked: This hotel has a lovely view over the lake. The room was nice and big enough for us. Decoration very nice inside the room. Beautiful breakfast with quite a lot of choice, especially for German people (we're not). Most of the team is super nice and helpful. Hotel is super clean (suprisingly the kids room was dirty whereas the rest of the hotel was extra clean)
Disliked: The Lido is located right in front of the main road. It gets very noisy in the room when windows are opened. Not very resting to stay next to the pool since you hear car's noise all day long. No wifi (or very bad when pops up). Some people from the team were a bit moody sometimes.

Liked: Excellent location and the staff couldn’t do enough, very friendly and welcoming, we didn’t want to leave. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back
Liked: So clean, close to the water to swim. The staff were amazing. And the breakfast was incredible. Love this hotel.
