Fabulous
Unsanitary, noisy with nightmare parking but beautiful view
Liked: The location is good and view is stunning
Disliked: Very bad hygiene. We arrived and there was no soap to wash our hands after a long trip to get here. The sofa was covered in animal hair and had rips and spots on it. We told the owner it’s filthy so he took the dirty kitchen sponge and started to wipe the sofa with it. Truly disgusting. Our shower curtain had a blood spot on it. The walls are paper thin so during our stay I had to hear all the guests pee and all their toilet noises all day and night, very unpleasant. Our shower head was broken when we arrived but that got fixed. The place is unsanitary and run down. In the parking lot there is barely any space between the cars. Parking is a nightmare. Get ready to climb to the back seat to get out. When we left we had to pass our luggage over the fence because there was no space to use the gate the parking cars blocked it. One of the bedroom lamps were not working. The refrigerator kept making noises during our whole stay.

Stunning view in average and overpriced accommodation
Liked: Fabulous view of the mountains. Nice garden area. Dedicated parking.
Disliked: The accommodation inside seems tired and a number of things could have been better. Nothing I couldn’t live with though. The kitchenette was very small with no over or toaster. There is a microwave with a grill but it took 8 minutes to toast two slices. A kettle which you needed to boil on the stove even though there are only two burners. Definitely needs a plug in kettle. The accommodation promotes the fact that it has satellite TV. However it’s all in Italian (maybe some German) so no use to me.

Liked: Everything was clean, helpful owner, great swimming pool, quiet neighborhood, close to the lake, nice views from the window
Disliked: You need to bring your own. washing-up liquid, shampoo and showergels are not provided otherwise everything else was perfect
