Exceptional
Enjoyable
Liked: We had a great view from our room overlooking the lake. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially a young man from Argentina. The hotel was in a great position, just a short walk to the town. We love Malcescine. It’s our favourite place in Lake Garda.
Disliked: Let the customer know on arrival of the time to settle their account on departure. We didn’t notice a sign at the hotel reception, it wasn’t obvious. A verbal message from reception would have been good. Plus perhaps a note in the room the day before. The shower ran hot and cold. When we were departing in the morning we showered around 6.15am and sadly the water was cold.
Liked: Great facilities & amazing staff
Disliked: Nothing
Gorgeous hotel and location
Liked: Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Gorgeous lake location.
Disliked: Would have been good to have more shaded areas or umbrellas in upper pools so when lower one all full you can escape up there.
