  Excellent location and view

Liked: We had a view of the Piazza and the Cathedral from our room, which was much appreciated.

Disliked: The beds and pillows were hard, but that is typical and we didn't ask for soft pillows. There were 2 beds bit only 1 comforter/blanket, but that was OK because it was hot outside. The Sir Con worked well in our room.

Liked: The location is everything, including the room for the breakfast. AC worked perfectly!

Disliked: Staff is not very proactive, I didn't felt like I was in a Hotel. There's a funny smell on the hallways and lift, maybe it's just Mantova humidity. My bedroom had an amazing view but a tiny window, a little bit funny. The fridge made noises at night, so I decided to turn it off and there was a lamp for the desk that didn't work.
