Very good
Very nice and clean hotel in central town location
Liked: The hotel was excellent value for money, the room and bathroom were of a good size and very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay again when in the area.
Disliked: As the rate was room only I couldn't get a coffee in the morning, but was directed to a cafe across the town square. Not a big problem, but I thought that it was slightly unusual.
A lovely hotel, very central and lovely staff
Liked: We were actually upgraded to the sister 4 star hotel, hotel Planet. The staff at both hotels are lovely. I have stayed at both. Both were always clean and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast, while adequate, feels limited and not really the fresh breakfasts we have grown to love around italy
Disliked: Dirty rooms. Out of date and worn down rooms. The rooms were too warm, the AC didn't work.

Liked: The cleanliness of the place was excellent and the maids were awesome and did great job
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better as it seemed more like lunch items to me and could not find milk for the cereal
