Liked: I had a very pleasant stay at Planet Hotel in Maranello! The highlight was definitely the staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly suitable whether you’re travelling solo especially. The location is absolutely fantastic! You’re within walking distance of the Ferrari factory, the Ferrari Museum, and plenty of amenities.
Disliked: The only real disappointment was the breakfast, which unfortunately fell well below expectations. The quality and selection could definitely be improved, as it didn’t quite match the otherwise lovely experience at the hotel.

Liked: Close to the museum but the proximity alone isn't enough to justify a stay here. One of the worst stays I've ever had
Disliked: There were unfortunately a lot of disappointing things during our one night stay. First of all, we were expecting the 4star rating on Booking to be somewhat accurate but unfortunately it was more like a 2star at best. The room was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely flat, the room was awfully bright, the bathroom smelled and was dirty, it lacked so many amenities, they only had plastic cups, the sink was dirty, the shower was rusty. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Our scrambled eggs had so many shells in them it was basically an egg shell omelet. To top it off, whenever we leave our room at ANY HOTEL we make sure to put a do not disturb sign and make sure the door is LOCKED and CLOSED as we do not want anyone entering the room while we are away. We went down for breakfast for around 20minutes and when we got back up, our ROOM DOOR WAS OPEN! We immediately reported it and questioned the cleaner whether she opened it or not. Obviously this was denied but it was IMPOSSIBLE for ANYONE TO ENTER THE ROOM. We had to waste a good chunk of our limited time in Maranello to deactivate all our of credit cards. SO DISAPPOINTING! SO UNSAFE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL! First the misleading rating of the hotel, and everything else. But the entering of our room and leaving the room door open was the worst that could happen. We were livid! We highly discourage this hotel.
