Fabulous
Would not recommend but they could improve if they tried
Liked: The room was small and had an extra bed for our luggage. It was fine. Location was good. Close to free parking
Disliked: Don’t let the online photos fool you- nothing like that! You will never see that charming chef- at least looking like that! They only change your towels every 3 days and will not waiver. Only one person in reception spoke English but all were nice. The breakfast was horrible to say the least. They had egg “cups” out that looked 4 days old. This was our 3rd week in Sicily, so we’re familiar with the breakfasts.

Disliked: The aircon didn’t work so the room was very very hot, the restaurant attached had a live band playing til 1am and it was very noisy, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and we had paid for breakfast at 8am as we had to leave for the airport early but when we went downstairs there were no staff about at all. Someone arrived at 8.20am and seemed very confused that we were asking about breakfast. We had to leave for the airport and no refund was offered. It was very poor customer service. The property is nothing like it is described.

La atención del personal implacable Fuimos como familia 6 personas y Estuvimos atendidos maravillosamente. Un reconocimiento muy especial a Francesca que superó todas las expectativas en su atención!!

Very quaint and nostalgic with easy access to restaurants and shopping
Liked: The hotel was very nice with the touch of Italian charm. It was a small facility, so it was private and very quiet. It was just a few steps from the major boulevard with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The beach was also very close.
Disliked: The only draw back is that parking is very limited. If you are traveling by car, you have to park at a public parking area and there are only a few slots available. Also the elevator was hit or miss which made it difficult for my wife who has mobility issues.
