Fabulous
A Trulli experience in Martina Franca
Liked: The location was great - especially to get to Alberobello. The recommendations the host gave for eating out were also good. A continental breakfast was provided with a lot of options.
Disliked: While the bedrooms and bathroom were generally clean, the rest of the house had room for improvement. In particular, the house had a lot of clutter and dust build up and the surfaces in the kitchen weren’t clean. Additionally, the host was very interactive and showed up several times during our stay. While this might the preference for some guests, we would have preferred our privacy and clearer communication regarding the hosts visits.
Memorable, Michele was attentive and helped make our stay friendly and looked after
Liked: It’s a very unique dwelling that is iconic to the area
Disliked: It is well equipped and comfortable and very clean
Disliked: Furniture was uncomfortable mainly sette, mosquito net in door was busted need repair as bugs were a issue
Liked: The location is great if you like to be outside the busy area. Great experience to stay in a Trullo. Private parking. 10 mins to locorotondo and 15 mins to alberobello by car.
Disliked: No air condition.
Liked: The privacy and quite location

Staying in a family-built trulli property was a marvelous experience with a very interesting host!
Liked: Our host Michael was extremely helpful and generous with his time, his broad beans, and lots of local advice, restaurant recommendations, and lifts to the station. Quite large property in the countryside with places to sit, a swimming pool, and vegetable gardens, and interesting places to explore. Michael seemed to know everybody! The kitchen was well-equipped. Michael was a great asset to our stay- two elderly ladies on their own- Elizabeth and Jennifer.
Disliked: As we were basically pre-season, the pool wasn't open, nor the gardens very tidy, but that didn't bother us!
