Exceptional
Liked: Antonello was an excellent host. Supplied lots of little extra touches which really enhanced our stay. His recommendations were superb. It was some of the best food we had on our trip. Accommodation was charming with a rustic feel and very comfortable bed.
Charming Trullo Stay
Liked: Very quaintly decorated Trullo, well equipped with charming attention to detail. The host Antonello was friendly, generous, and shared lots of insights on the region. The complementary snacks and drinks were appreciated. Close proximity to the town centre (10 minutes walk).
Disliked: the main road crossing to the town from right by the Trullo was tricky to navigate (especially with a buggy) as there is an intersection with limited pavement and no pedestrian crossing for half the road. This was not too much of an issue as the traffic was generally low.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, peaceful location but still close to town. Parking on site. Our host, Antonello was super friendly and gave good recommendations and was readily available via WhatsApp.

Liked: A unique opportunity to stay in a trulli. The property was clean, comfortable and the host was friendly and accommodating.

What resonated most was for us as New Zealanders the simplicity and humility of the experience
Liked: We stayed for four nights at Trulli di Puglia, hosted by Antonello, and it exceeded our expectations. The trulli is beautifully maintained, very clean, and full of rustic character. It feels like a traditional Puglian home rather than just accommodation, and Antonello creates an environment winside the trulli where guests feel completely at ease. Located close to Martina Franca and central to the Valle d’Itria, it was an ideal base for exploring the region. A highlight was the experience Antonello arranged at Locanda Sant’Eligio — an exceptional meal that will stay with us for years. His recommendation reflected genuine trust and delivered completely. it is a true Puglian experience. Highly recommended.
