Fabulous
Traumatic experience
Liked: The wonderful place and privacy, comfortable beds
Disliked: Despite the villa being in a truly beautiful location and called “Relax and Spa,” it was one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever had while on vacation. We felt as if we were in a prison. The host had posted numerous rules, and they differed from those displayed on the walls and the ones she sent us. It was extremely difficult to find the keys and gain access to the property, which was only allowed after 6 PM. Due to unclear instructions, it was also confusing how to check out and how to dispose of the trash. There were constant threats of additional fees. Getting the deposit back was very difficult – we practically had to beg for it. Even now, five days after the vacation, I still feel tense. This was a ruined holiday due to the host’s completely arrogant and rude communication and behavior.
Liked: Excellent holiday accommodation for big groups. Close to all the nice locations in Puglia.
Our first stay in a trullo!
Liked: A peaceful and quiet setting in the countryside. The kitchen and the bonus of a laundry with dryer were perfect for our needs.
Disliked: Our visit seemed to be the first of the season and, as is the case with a trullo, the rooms were chilly and a bit damp. The dehumidifiers in each room helped to deal with that by the second day.
Nice villa with rude host
Liked: The location and trullo itself are great, it was clean and nice.
Disliked: The host is very rude. We tried to contact him several times, because of an issue with the garbage disposal. He just replied to read the instructuons (PDF of 30 pages). In the end he refused to return the full deposit, because of the problem, that he could solve with one text.

Liked: Great place for a holiday - calm, cozy, clean, comfortable.

Liked: very nice villa, a lot of rooms/outdoor spaces, very clean, all 3 bedrooms were nice and clean, comfortable beds, enough cookware for the simple cooking, highly recommended!
Disliked: nothing really...only suggestion is to update the check documentation to reflect (pic) of the upgraded door locker (for self-check in, we were so close to contact the host because it was not show the same on the instruction)
