  Liked: The apartment was spacious, had every thing we needed in the kitchen. It was close to a supermarket and not too far from the train station. The host communicated clearly, and in good time. I didn't have to wait long for a reply to a question or two that I had. We communicated thru WhatsApp and everything went smoothly. The area was quiet and we slept well. There was a lift so we didn't have to carry our bags up the stairs.

  Disliked: Parts of the area are a bit hilly, and our knees complained a few times. But that's very much our personal issue.

  Lovely apartment. We would have been comfortable to stay there for longer

  Liked: Lovely apartment. Very roomy. Kitchen/dining area was good for evening games. Quite close to attractions. Area felt very safe.

  Disliked: The apartment is uphill. Something to be aware of if dragging a suitcase there & also when visiting the rest of the town. Communication to get into the apartment block wasn't that smooth. Another resident let us in & then we could follow the instructions we had been sent to get into the apartment itself.

  Comfortable but minimal

  Liked: It was comfortable and clean, not too far from the centre with a bus that did come to the bottom of the hill. When we asked for toilet paper and water they were provided quickly. There was coffee, salt and pepper and sugar provided. There was a coop store 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It was fairly quit outside.

  Disliked: There was no toilet paper or drinking water provided. Not everything listed in the property description was there; no microwave, no kettle, no hot water in the kitchen, no bath robe and we couldn’t find the city view. There was no information on transport, shopping or places to go. This would have been very helpful.

  DONT RENT HERE EVER

  Liked: Property was clean but had many spiders and spiderwebs! I paid for the Laura 4- two bedroom but was provided the one bedroom option even though the room I paid for was vacant

  Disliked: The host was horrible she buzzed me in and offered no assistance with house, took me 11 mins to figure out the door being an European key. I left came back, same situation. Host came stomping down the stairs yes she lived in building and still would not offer help. When i complained to booking.com she would not provide wifi for two hours and then called the police demanding my passport. Booking.com called her three times she never picked up! Their instructions on booking.com are to leave tax and check out at ten! I text her to walk down and get passport or tell me where to go up! Nope 7 police opened my door due to her lies DONT GO HERE!!!

  Comfortable

  Liked: The location was central, and the apartment was spacious. Comfortable bed.

  Passable

  Liked: The bed was ok. Down hill to town. But up hill back. Main sightseeing up hill. Taxi and uber virtually none existent. We had to take 2 25 kilo bags by hand to bus station.

  Disliked: The shower only for people under 65 kilo really way to small. The kitchen utensils were very old and worn out. No kettle for tea. The bench at the end of bed is dangerous do not sit on it.
