Exceptional
Disliked: Avoid. The location is difficult to access without a vehicle. The place is dark, half the apartment has no windows and the other half little daylight, so you live with the lights on. Finishings are iffy, and air quality was abismal, probably for lack of ventilation and/or dirty filters in the A/C The host was unresponsive, we filed a complaint with Booking but he was apparently unresponsive to them too.
Liked: Very spacious, host is helpful. It's a nice accomodation with all the comforts. Can cook by own. And best part is - it is not a room, it's the whole big flat.
Disliked: Located at far off distance from the main city centre. That is the only issue, otherwise all are good.
Exceptional
Liked: This is one of the most spacious B&B I have ever been to. Rooms are really large and the apartment is located in a secure complex with a gate with a guard. There is a private parking for your car. Our host is very accomodating too, and answers almost all our queries in real time. Overall, a top score of 10 is really deserved!
Disliked: Maybe the distance from the city center.

Liked: There was a lot of storage and room which we liked very much.
Disliked: It could have been at least a bit more cleaner.

Liked: it was spacious, furniture was quite new.
Disliked: there was humidity; it was on ground floor so there wasn’t a lot of light; the host didn’t answer for an hour to my messages, calls on the arrival day (it was Sunday but anyway I had to call him as he forgot about my arrival and hadn’t provide clear instructions on how to enter the property and where was it exactly.
