Exceptional
A great option prior to taking the ferry to main land Italy
Liked: It was very quiet, easy to find. A decent walk to eat, but worth it.
Disliked: Car parking, very tight, roads and spaces, parking is free.
Great place for people who are tech savvy
Liked: It was clean and had lots of space. Using wireless technology Owner responsive to issues.
Disliked: Didn’t realize stairs without elevator.

Has promise, but needs a lot more attention to detail
Liked: Shower is nice, the owner is very responsive, the beds were comfortable enough.
Disliked: The front of the house isn't lit at all during the night (bad for my 77 year old father, and it also gave me the impression that it was abandoned). There is a ton of construction junk and rubble in front which definitely detracts from the beauty of the place. Then: the AC didn't work in the first room (even though it was supposedly new); the second room they gave us continuously smelled of sewer gas and had two large cockroaches in it, one which ran across the bed and into a pillow. It took a while to chase them out of the room and kill them. Then the WiFi stopped working for hours on all our devices (we put in the correct password with a period at the end). In the morning, there was only one coffee capsule left and a few used ones lying around. Overall the place looks nice on first glance but is a bit bizarre if you look more closely. It was an exhausting experience all in all. No offer of refund or anything like that except the offer to cover the nightly tourist tax. It might have just been bad luck, but my overall impression is that this place definitely needs more attention to detail if it wants to call itself 'luxury'!

Liked: A beautifully designed apartment that blends traditional and modern elements. High ceilings and striking coastal tiles are paired with modern features, creating a very comfortable and inviting stay. The stay was made even better with a delicious included breakfast, served in a charming common area, adding to the overall experience.
Disliked: The only minor inconvenience was that the building was under renovation, with scaffolding around the facade. There was also a faint smell of paint inside the apartment. However, we understand this was due to ongoing work and assume these issues will not persist in the future.
